If you would like to join in the fun we would love to have some more heads and hands involved!

Committee Meetings –  Every 2 weeks from Jan to April and then weekly to the end of May. Meetings range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours

Sub-Committee meetings – Most members are normally involved in 1 – 2 sub-committees (this takes a particular event and leaves it to a smaller team to go through the detail and report back on progress to the committee) but the more involved the more that this can be spread out

During the Carnival –  Helping out with events (stewarding, bucket collections, setting up / down for next events)
